Marcus Washington Sr. is the man! (as well as the rest of the Washington family working at the Covert Bee Cave along the other GMC team members) I showed up early to pickup our new GMC Savannah, and Marcus took me to get some breakfast tacos. I got to hear some of his life story, and he is a good, honorable man who is simply one of those awesome, fun guys to be around. Lord willing, would gladly buy from him again one day.
Inventory and pricing are favorable but the sales service could be better for a $130k model car. Lots of small details mattered and communication seemed to be overlooked. Suggest staying on top of your rep, hold them accountable and follow through.
Covert Beecaves service department has good customer service and the employees are always friendly. The waiting room is comfortable and makes the wait easier.
Cole is the best. He is responsible and precise with his work. Great person to deal with.

The only thing, and has nothing to do with Carlos, was that my car was so dirty when I picked it back up. I had just had it washed, and the amount of dust on it was crazy. Had made an appointment for 11am arrived at 10:30 advisor told me it would be ready at 12 I left service at 12:45 after I had to complain at 12:30 to get them to move I purchased a service plan for 10 oil changes I wish I didn’t it’s not worth the wait

Dealership was fair on pricing my trade in and the 2024 Lexus LC. They made the purchase easy to complete without me going to the dealership. The free delivery was convenient. The car had some minor damage done during transit but covert has agreed to reimburse me to get the lower front trim rewrapped. They also agreed to mail me my windscreen and owners manual that was dropped off to them after my car was delivered. Michael Wemple the salesman has done a good job of keeping me updated throughout.
They were very helpful and professional. I love the way everything was explained. No hassle no lies everything they said was correct. The young lady that help has to be one of the best if not the best sale person. I glad I went there to buy my car.

If I could give them a zero, I would. They switched to some sort of AI-based phone system a year or so ago, and it's been a complete cluster ever since. They never call you back, lie about doing so, then blame the AI when you catch them. They had our brand new truck in service for almost a month trying to figure out an ignition issue, and finally DIY bypassed the OEM wiring harness to "fix" it. Amateur hour over there.

They told me it had gone through a 10point inspection and the vehicle was up to par for sale not even 5 months later took for ac service and was needs oil pan gasket and engine mounts, update- the sales team made it right and paid half of the cost so that’s a plus

Bought an older pre-owned small SUV for my daughter in late July.
