Overall my experience was alright. The only issue I have with them is that my challenger was sold to me without having the state inspection done to it!! I also noticed that my back tires were bald. As soon as I noticed I sent a picture of it to my salesman . He immediately called me and said that they sold me the car without doing the state inspection on it! So he asked for me to bring it back so it could be done. I asked if the was any way I could get 2 new tires for the back Because ...

Wade was attentive and managed to wrangle me a loaner vehicle even though they were out of loaner vehicles. Vehicle was fixed overnight.

Worst sales experience ever , worst sales man ,sales manager,and a worst general manager, will never come back , never tried to find a solution from 3 levels of sales. ,found a newer XT6 ,with less miles I paid an additional 7k. ,I paid cash. Still waiting for Mr Covert to call me. Still no call yet.

Attentiveness was excellent, even going beyond and setting up an appt with the VW service center. But I bought the car from Covert and it had not been fully checked out by them and the engine light came on & it stalled costing me another $1500 in service repairs.

The service is personalized. Scheduling is easy. Communication about needed services is clear. Relaxed atmosphere.

Chris Campion is a god-send that will do whatever it takes to satisfy his customers which ensures repeat clientele.

They may have checked my wipers, but today, only 10 days later, the windshield wiper on my side leaves residue on the windshield....doesn't wipe it clean. It's fine when the weather isn't bad, but when it is, it can be worrisome and/or dangerous.

They made the best of a bad situation. Shawn is super helpful and truly goes out of his way to provide customer satisfaction.

Communication was poor, had to call/text multiple times to get a reply. My Yukon AC diagnostic wasn't done properly. I was told the diagnostic would cost $300 unless I had repairs done at which point the $300 would be used against the cost of the repair. The diagnostic report said the aux AC Line had a leak and would cost $1800. I ok'ed the repair and the system stopped cooling within a few hours of pick up. After returning the vehicle it was looked at again only to find a leak in the AC coil that would cost $6K to ...
