Dealerslhip handled my Warranty issue HORRIBLY. I should have received a new truck since the issue with my AC could not be fixed, Under FULL WARRANTY. I will NEVER Buy another Dodge RAM, and I will never buy another vehicle from Covert in Bee Cave.

Really xxxxxx me off when they started initial quote of approx. $15,000.00 over the suggested MSRP for a 2026 Cadillac Escalade. Even though I purchased my previous Escalade from Covert. They did eventually offer $1000.00 below sticker. That’s a 16,000.00 difference from initial quote. This really got me in a bad mood & lost trust in this dealership. I truly had such great things to say about this dealership to everyone but not so much now.. I will not be coming back.

Express Lube is advertised all over your service drive but 2.5 hrs does not quite equal express. It is pretty frustrating that I cannot get a simple service like and oil change in under an hour.

The right front wheel well liner in my 2600 rubbed the tire and got a hole in Aug 2025. The truck was 1.5 years old and Covert said it was somehow my fault. It got another hole in Aug 2026 and this time they said it was one week past the one year warranty and I would have to pay for it out of pocket again ($500!)!!! Absolute ahit service!!!

The people in the service department are great. However the prices being charged for parts and service is way out of line. For example I can buy shocks for my 2500 RAM directly from Mopar at a cost that is 3X to 4X cheaper than what the dealership is charging. Because of this I will Look elsewhere for my service.

I have scheduled an appointment specifically on weekend though I have other priorities to get the paint work estimate and recall, but only recall was done and the estimate was not done.
The service was super fast! It was towed in late one evening & ready by 9:30AM the next morning! Wade was a terrific resource for towing & made sure it was washed before I picked it up.
